Rob Edwards added midfielder Angel Gomes to his side on deadline day, and the new Wolves addition says one of the key reasons in his move to Molineux was because of the boss, having worked with him in England’s youth set-up.
The 25-year-old midfielder will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Wolves, giving him the chance to return to the Premier League, having made his debut for Manchester United in the English top-flight in 2017.
Stints in France with Lille and Marseille, and a loan to Boavista in Portugal followed, and Angel says his experiences have matured him as a man and a player and he looks forward to seeing how he can contribute to Wolves this season.
